Embedded Script is a programming code that collects information about your interactions with the ishonest website, such as the links you click on. We encourage all our customers and partners to retain copies of all uploaded information on their systems.

If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, or that such personal information has otherwise been inadvertently collected, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law.

ishonest strives to comply with the provisions of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) as to any information in its possession regarding E.U.-based persons (“data subjects”). You may request to opt-out by sending an email to privacy@ishonest.com. You should be aware though that once you opt-out you may no longer be able to enjoy some of the features of the website. ishonest is operated in the European Union. If you are located outside of the European Union then please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the European Union. By using our website, or providing us with any information, you fully understand and unambiguously consent to this transfer, processing and storage of your information in the European Union, a jurisdiction in which the privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as those in the country where you reside and/or are a citizen.

California law requires websites and online service providers to disclose whether they and/or any third party(s) collect personal information about users’ online activities over time and across different sites when such users use the service provider’s website or services. ishonest as well as the third party(s) that may have content on the ishonest website, including social features, analytics services, or similar, may obtain information about your browsing or usage habits, but this information does not include personal information.

California law also requires that websites and online service providers disclose how they respond to “do not track” signals and similar mechanisms. ishonest currently does not change our tracking practices in response to “do not track” signals or similar mechanisms.
