Night-Time Facial Massage Ritual to Help Improve Your Skin and Maximise on Your Beauty Sleep

Take a few deep breaths. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. As you breathe out, feel the tension slowly releasing from your body. Then place both hands over your face, leaving a gap for your nose and mouth, and breathe in and then out three times to release the tension from the face.
On the face, always move from the centre out, then take the rest of the product from your palm and with long movements apply this to the whole face.
Stimulate your facial skin and increase blood circulation to the face
Boost the peeling effect by using stimulating strokes. Use the back of the fingers of both hands and stroke in alternate motions on one side of the neck. Keep a steady rhythm, stroking from the base of the neck up to the chin. Now work on the other side of the neck, making sure that your fingers are light all the time.
Using spread finger pads, rhythmically massage the jaw in circular motions, using light movements. Moving from the chin along the jaw, then cheek bones, then the upper mouth, nose and forehead, using the same circular pressure technique. Make sure that you dont stretch the skin, but rather work with the muscles underneath.
Using the backs of your fingers and starting from the jaw line, use alternate fast upwards stroking movements towards the cheek. Work on one side of the face and then the other with a rhythmical, lifting motion. Complete this phase by rhythmically stroking the forehead with your fingertips, moving from the centre to the outside with long continuous, alternate stroking movements. Make sure that your fingers are light to avoid too much pressure.
Calm and relax your face muscles
Hold the jaw at the chin, in the centre of your face between your thumbs and fingers and gently and slowly slide the fingers and thumb along the jaw line from chin to the ears with a smooth continuous, lifting stroke. Repeat five times.
With the pads of your middle fingers, slide slowly underneath and along the both cheek bones simultaneously, with the lifting effect. Start at the nose and move down under the cheek then around and up the other side. It creates a smile half circle under the cheek. Repeat three times.
